At Kasa Argus, we want your home to be your sanctuary. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
